What was the goal?
We wanted to create and scale a recruiting funnel that we could constantly acquire top tier insurance agents to our agency. With more agents we could scale the company and revenues. We also needed to build CRM system that could scale with us as we continued to get more agents. We DID NOT just want any agent either, we only wanted to take the top 5% agents. Which is a very different approach then other life insurance agents where thet take anyone and everyone.
What was the plan?
For this company we had develop the full process from ground zero. Nothing for this part of the business existed. So the initial plan we wanted to keep as simple as possible and test and validate the ideas first before investing significantly in the process. So the basic concept we came up with was quite simple. 1. Needed to create Marketing funnel that would take insurance agents and walk them through becoming an agent with SLS and the benefits to them 2. Needed to create a CRM system to track and onboard each new agent 3. Needed to create the content that we would use to launch and generate the leads and interest in SLS. 4. Build in a qualifying process in the application and onboarding process to only let the most motivated agents and successful agents onboard
What was the result?
- Since nothing was built for this client it took a bit longer to launch, but within 90 days we had the people, the processes and the marketing content in place and ready to launch.
